Federal Regulations Seminars in Las Vegas and Virginia Beach  

 

This 2-day seminar covers all the major Federal EPA environmental laws and regulations under the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, RCRA, CERCLA (Superfund), and Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know (EPCRA). The seminar also includes topics on Enforcement, How to Manage an EPA Inspection, ISO 14000 and How to Performance an Environmental Audit. We have them in two locations: Las Vegas (January 26-27, 2009) and Virginia Beach (June 25-26, 2009)

We also have seminars onboard two cruises: 4-day Western Caribbean cruise with Carnival starting December 1, 2008 and a 7-day Mexican Riviera cruise with Princess starting February 21, 2009. The costs for accommodation and meals onboard are about $100 per day!

 

Federal/California Regulations Seminars  

 

This 2-day seminar covers all the major Federal EPA environmental laws and  regulations cited above plus Prop 65 and other additional California specific regulations imposed on companies operating in the State of California. This seminar is very popular with companies that have operations in California.

 

RCRA Refresher Seminars

 

This 4-hour seminar includes the following topics: Identification of hazardous wastes, management of hazardous wastes, emergency response, Superfund liability and how to manage an agency inspection. You can take this course on-line or in-house if you have 5 or more employees needing the training.

One-hour webinars

 

We are offering two webinars in July 2008. The topics are "How to Manage an Agency Inspection" and "How to Identify Hazardous Wastes". The cost is only $98 for unlimited number of people at one single location.

 

ISO 14000 EMS Seminars

 

This one-day seminar covers all the key elements of an ISO 14000 Environmental Management System.  You can take this course on-line or in-house if you have 5 or more employees needing the training.
