There are several ways you can register for our seminar:

  2. You can register by phone. Just call us at 1-877-EPA-LAWS or 360-490-6828 and give us your credit card information or purchase order number.
  3. You can register by email here.
  4. You can pay by credit card online through PayPal. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to pay by credit card. It is a very secured way to pay. PayPal is part of eBay and it processes billions of dollars of credit card transactions each year.

Early Registration Discount: Register now and pay only $800 per person. If you have 2 or more persons, you pay only $720 per person.Fee includes course material on a CD-ROM and refreshment on both days. You are responsible for your own hotel accommodation and lunches.

Group rate discount: If two or more persons from the same organization attend the same seminar, our group discount rate of $720 per person applies.

Continuing Education hours: This course qualifies for 15 hours of continuing education or 1.5 CEUs. Course has been approved by the Florida State Bar for 15.5 CLER credit hours (approval # 82850). The Missouri State Bar has approved this course for 15.6 CLE credit hours. The Vermont and Tennessee State bars have approved this course for 13.0 CLE hours. The Supreme Court of South Carolina has also approved this course for CLE. This is also a California State Bar approved course for California attorneys attending this course in Florida. CLE Approval pending with the following state bars: GA, IN, IA, ME, MS, MO, and WI. Call us if you have any questions about your CEU. We will be happy to assist you in applying for it.

Cancellation Policy:Fees are payable in full prior to the start of the seminar. Substitutions are always allowed. Absolutely no refund for no shows. There is absolutely no refund for “no shows”. If you cancel before the session date and request a refund, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee plus the cost of the CD-ROM at $199. The CD-ROM will be mailed to you. Alternatively, you can send a substitute or use the paid registration fee as full credit for any of our future seminars. In the unlikely event of course cancellation on our part, our entire liability shall be limited to full refund of your registration fees.

Hotel Accommodations. The seminar will be held at the Hampton Inn Airport Hotel at 9241 Market Place Rd., Fort Myers, Florida 33912. Fort Myers is a Gulf coast city next to Cape Coral. Both cities have wonderful beaches and excellent entertainment. Please contact the hotel directly at 239-768-2525 if you need sleep room reservations. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the Fort Myers airport (Formally known as Southwest Florida International Airport). We have set aside a block of room at the special rate of $80 plus tax for our seminar attendees. Mention the reservation code "81446644" or tell the hotel you are attending the "Environmental Management Training Group" seminar. Our seminar starts at 8:30 am and ends at 5:00 pm on both days
